All Level Tract: $240

Saturday, October 19: 2-4:30pm
Sunday, October 20: 2-4:30pm
Both Tracts: $500
(for an individual student)
Last year there were a number of students who registered for both sessions. This deep immersion proved to be both very doable and inspirational!!
The Advanced level tract is appropriate for students both familiar with and committed to the study and practice of yoga. This level will include more advanced poses and more advanced practices such as pranayama and meditation. When advancing in Yoga the gauge is of increased sensitivity to subtler realms.
Bhavani Maki makes this distinction by saying "the advanced student is able to sit for long periods of time without fidgeting, and the normal restlessness we encounter today". She also tells us that according to Patanjali, "the physicality of our practice in no way reflects our integration of Yoga or the level of student we are”.
The criteria that determine the different aptitudes of student rely solely on the practitioner's attitudes, the degree to which the student has polished her attention and personality, rather than physical prowess.
The all level tract is as stated appropriate for ALL levels of students. This is not a 1st timer’s course, but will meet the needs of students beginning to advanced.
